This lovely lady is on her way to becoming a Bat Mitzvah, so we gathered to pre-party and capture these mitzvah pre shoot photos! It's always fun to include some family shots, too! Her theme is going to be glam. I sought out the backgrounds, but Rebecca totally brought the vibe! Looking forward to continuing the celebration with you!
What a truly magical evening we had! I always love working with families and it is an honor and privilege when I get to photograph a younger sibling’s mitzvah and capture how much they’ve grown! It was raining on the drive there, and I was on the phone with mom, brainstorming how we were going to make this work. After hair and make-up were done, we were not going to cancel! We got to see rainbows on the way there, and capture one as it faded away and the sun came out. She is a dancer, and this photoshoot brought the energy of dancing in the rain!
It’s always so much fun getting to photograph a younger sibling’s Bat Mitzvah, and getting to witness and capture how much they’ve grown. Leila enjoyed exploring the art in Wynwood and having a photo session all to herself! We had a lot of fun together, and it shows in her images! My goal is always to capture the photos that are So You, and I’m always proud when I walk away from a session with a sense of achievement!
Sneak peeks comin' in hot from Harlee's Bat Mitzvah pre shoot! This beautiful girl will become a Bat Mitzvah in just under 2 weeks! She had a vision for her session, and will be celebrating with a neon theme. We collaborated on location selection, and worked together to make sure her photo session was as unique as she is!!
Sophie will be celebrating her Bat Mitzvah in a few weeks, so we met at one of my favorite places, Wynwood Walls, to capture some pre-shoot photos. Wynwood is a fave shooting location of mine, because I love how every session is different, and there are endless opportunities for creativity. Finding fun walls to shoot with becomes somewhat of a scavenger hunt, which is always a fun time! And when you’re having fun, it shows in your photos!!
