I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely lady’s older sister 2 years ago for her pre shoot and mitzvah, and now it was Hindy’s turn! She is an absolute natural in front of the camera, and we had a blast exploring the street art around Wynwood Walls in Miami and capturing some stunning portraits!
Fans of my work will know that when your photo session is ‘so you’, that is where the magic happens! I met Emily and her family at the local Sports Club in Parkland, FL, and we started with some photos by the golf cart mom had decorated to celebrate this Bat Mitzvah girl. When we got to the tennis court, Emily was in her element, and she made me feel like a magician, as I got to capture endless ‘so you’ moments! I can’t wait to capture your simcha next month!
I had the pleasure of meeting Mia for her Bat Mitzvah Pre Shoot, and was excited to get to photograph her again, this time with her family and friends, to document her ceremony and celebration! Old School Square is a venue I’ve always wanted to photograph, and it did not disappoint! I absolutely loved capturing such a joyful and enthusiastic party in a space with such fun details! The contrast of the modern uplighting and bistro lights, with the classic wood floor and rafters was a perfect backdrop for Mia’s festivities!
What can I say about this woman, who I’ve been lucky enough to call a friend, and who is beautiful inside and out? It’s rare to find those people who get you. Who make you feel seen, and who share a piece of themselves in return. Leigh is full of light and love for herself, for her loved ones, and for living a life of joy. Girl, I’m here for it. All of it. And I can’t wait to share more adventures with you.
For anyone who’s followed my work for a while, you know I always say that when you allow yourself to be yourself in front of the camera, that is where the magic happens. And this session was ‘So You’ in every way, my dear friend! So lucky this art of mine brought us such a lovely friendship!
