I have had the pleasure of watching this family grow since they were a family of four. And I got to look forward to this event with the family for several years, because I’m pretty sure I was at least in the top 10 list of people mom called when she got Eli’s Bar Mitzvah date. This is the kind of family that starts off as clients and ends up as friends. Eli confidently rocked his service, and then partied with family and friends on a lit dance floor all night long, figuratively and literally!
I had the pleasure of photographing this family when baby sis celebrated her first birthday, and it was my honor and privilege to capture their growth at Zachary’s Bar Mitzvah, almost a decade later!
Violet celebrated her Bat Mitzvah with family and friends and all had a great time! Stache is a cool 2 story whiskey bar in downtown Ft Lauderdale, with lots of cozy nooks and crannies, but after our family portraits, we barely had time to explore, as the dance floor was packed all night long! Reese’s Bat Mitzvah was a lovely intimate celebration to end the mitzvah season this school year! She celebrated with family and a handful of friends, and they had an absolute blast. I love getting to photograph all the many ways teens are choosing to celebrate their mitzvahs, and I appreciated being to able to capture the joy between this close group of friends!
I cannot say enough lovely things about this family or this event! They radiate warmth and love for their family and friends, their Jewish community, and each other! Delia rocked her Shabbat morning service, and enjoyed celebrating that evening. Thank you for sharing your selves and your day with me. I loved being able to capture so many authentic moments!
