I’ll update this post to add the synagogue portraits when we’ve had a chance to reschedule them, but I couldn’t wait to share the photos from Avi’s Bar Mitzvah reception! He joyously celebrated with family and friends, and one of the most epically athletic games of Coke and Pepsi I’ve ever seen!!!
This mitzvah season is the most fun of my career so far. I have worked with many awesome families over the years. This year, my calendar is full of families connected to my Miami Jewish roots. I know this dad from High School, and it’s just so much fun to see people I was a teenager with raising teens of their own!
I have been documenting this family since 2014, and this is our 9th consecutive annual holiday photo session together. First of all, kudos to mom and dad for being on top of it and never skipping a year! And second, thank you so much for continuing to choose me to capture your family. It’s been a pleasure watching your kiddos grow up in front of my camera. I can’t believe next year will be a decade. WOW!
It’s so much fun getting to document families as they grow. Sammy’s Superhero mitzvah was a few years ago, and now it’s Rachel’s turn! She’s having a FRIENDS themed celebration, so we selected a fun location with coffee to capture the vibe. I’m excited to be working with this awesome family again, and can’t wait to capture more magic with them for the big day!
