This session was a lot of fun! We rescheduled by one week because of rain, and I’m so glad we waited, because we were rewarded with lovely skies. Landon is a multi-sport athlete, and we were able to showcase his varied interests and talents! This family has a special connection to mine, too. My mom was this dad’s 3rd grade teacher! So nice to keep the connection going a generation later!
It has been so much fun to watch this family grow! From maternity, to newborn, to a family of beautiful young ladies! They always have fun together, which gives me and my camera so many lovely moments to capture! The colorful walls of Wynwood were such a nice background to capture their vibrance!
What a truly magical evening we had! I always love working with families and it is an honor and privilege when I get to photograph a younger sibling’s mitzvah and capture how much they’ve grown! It was raining on the drive there, and I was on the phone with mom, brainstorming how we were going to make this work. After hair and make-up were done, we were not going to cancel! We got to see rainbows on the way there, and capture one as it faded away and the sun came out. She is a dancer, and this photoshoot brought the energy of dancing in the rain!
